Delicious Deviled Eggs

Even though I shared other uses for your Easter eggs other than Deviled Eggs, I personally LOVE deviled eggs. They are very versatile, easy, and kids (well, some) love them.

I made some Tuna Deviled Eggs and some Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs.

Tuna Deviled Eggs:

3 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
pepper to taste
relish if desired
1 small can of tuna

Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk. You can choose whether or not you want to use the yolk in this recipe, since you are adding tuna already. I used the yolk of one egg, and threw the other two out. Mix mayo, mustard, tuna and yolk together in a small bowl. Add pepper and pickle relish if desired. Place spoonfuls of mixture onto the split hard boiled eggs. Enjoy!

Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp bacon bits (I used imitation)
Pepper (I put pepper in almost everything)
More bacon bits for topping

Peel and slice the hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Scoop out the yolk and place in bowl. Add ranch dressing, bacon bits and mustard. Mix well. Add pepper if desired. Spoon mixture onto the split hard boiled eggs. You can also place mixture into a zip lock back and cut the tip off to squirt the mixture into the center of the egg. Top deviled eggs with sprinkles of bacon bits. Enjoy!
