Easter Egg recipe number 2, Meatballs!

Okay, today I do not have an actual recipe for you, because my homemade meatballs usually consist of whatever I have in my fridge. I try to use leftover ingredients first (rice, stale cereal, veggies), then add a little of this and a little of that.

This year, my "little of this, a little of that" in my meatball mixture will consist of chopped up hard-boiled eggs! Sound's a little weird to me, but I found quite a few meatball recipes that call for this! I guess it makes sense, since I do usually add a raw egg to my meatball mixture. Mmm I think these will make the meatball nice and moist!
